- arrange exhibition games
- review / manage league schedule, rearranging games as necessary
- schedule playoff games within PV deadlnes, after regular season has ended
- schedule tournaments around league schedule with minimal disruption to league schedule
- be responsible for / oversee committee selected to organize a host tournament for the purpose of participation and fundraising at least sufficient to reimburse Morden Minor Hockey for all out of pocket expenses and the annual team advance
- act as liason between coaching staff and parent group
-  arrange for the necessary certified people to be in place (i.e. safety person, certified coaches / assistant coaches, team contact, tournament chair, etc)
- ensure team has completed and submitted the Volunteer sheet to Morden Minor Hockey, and encourage participation from entire parent group
-  handle finances for the team (i.e. provincial expenses, etc., arrange volunteer group within parent group to assist with fundraising for both team and Morden Minor Hockey)
- be the Direct contact for the team with the league convenor, Pembina Valley Minor Hockey and Morden Minor Hockey
- be Responsible for the team's equipment provided by Morden Minor Hockey(i.e. jerseys, goal equipment etc.)
- ensure team roster is correct, accurate and up to date in the event of additions/deletions
- keep up to date with league rules, etc., and be primary contact with Pembina Valley and Morden Minor Hockey Associations
